La Rose du Clos

Aromas of sun warmed garrigue dance around notes of strawberry, blackberry, huckleberry, and red apple.  An elegant velvety texture is highlighted by lemony tones, accented by peppercorn & roche, with a long herbaceous finish.

"Attaque gourmande, moelleuse, avec une très belle persistance aromatique."

  • Natural fermentation with wild yeast

  • Low vinification temperature of approx. 12° celsius, then filtration

  • Approx. 2 500 bottles/year

  • "Saignée"
